Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.
To ensure quality, orders may be split into multiple packages depending on the item's handling requirements. A separate confirmation email will be sent for each package.
If your package is lost, please reach out to retail@industryprintshop.com within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date so that a claim can be initiated. Please do not file a claim with the carrier as the recipient as once this happens, we are not able to take further action.

If your order is damaged in transit, please reach out to retail@industryprintshop.com with photos of the damaged package and damage to the items within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date so that we can initiate a claim. Please do not file a claim with the carrier as the recipient as once this happens, we are not able to take further action.
International Shipping:
We are not responsible for shipments once tracking leaves the United States. The recipient is responsible for any additional charges including duties, state or federal taxes.
Replacements cannot be guaranteed for all items. When replacements are not available, notices received within 10 days of the scheduled delivery date may be eligible for a credit or refund.
